Premier One is an independent, locally owned Real Estate office in the Wenatchee Valley. The business was originally owned by Hal McManus and Arden France and was opened in 1969. The business affiliated with the ERA franchise in 1980 and was sold to its current owner in 1988. The ERA franchise was dropped again in 2002 when the name was changed to Premier One Properties.

The company also has an in house mortgage company named Hearth & Home Mortgage. This offers our customers the convenience of “one stop shopping”.
